The quickest way to reach us is by email. We are a small team, so please allow a couple of working days for a reply.
Useful to include: which page you were on, which browser you are using, and — if a letter or pack would not generate — the wording of any message you saw. Please do not send us your National Insurance number, your date of birth, or any pension reference; we do not need them and cannot store them safely.
What we can and cannot help with
- We can help with the tool itself: a page that will not load, a letter that will not print, a payment, or a pack that did not arrive.
- We cannot tell you what to do with a pension, whether to transfer it, or what it is worth to you. That is regulated advice, and we do not give it.
- We cannot look up your pension for you, or contact a scheme on your behalf. The letters are yours to send.
